🔒 Core principle
Brickheadz World is built around a simple rule: your LEGO® BrickHeadz™ collection is yours. The app does not collect, sell, or share your personal data with third parties.
We do not run our own servers and do not operate any account system. There is no sign-up, no tracking, and no advertising SDK in this app.
💾 Where your data lives
- Your collection (owned sets, wishlist, trade list, price, condition, notes) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
- If you enable iCloud sync on your device, your local data may be included in your personal iCloud backup, managed entirely by Apple under your Apple ID.
- Brickheadz World itself never uploads your collection to any server we control.
🔌 Network connections
The app connects to the internet only to fetch public catalog data:

🛡️ Required permissions
- Camera — used to scan the barcode on LEGO® BrickHeadz™ boxes so the app can identify the set. The camera feed is processed on-device and is never recorded or transmitted.
📊 Analytics
- Brickheadz World does not include any third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
- No usage data, advertising identifiers, or device fingerprints are collected by the app.
👶 Children's privacy
Brickheadz World does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app stores data locally and does not require an account, no personal information is transmitted regardless of the user's age.
⚖️ Your rights
Because your collection data stays on your device, you are always in control of it:
- Access & portability — your data is visible and exportable directly within the app.
- Deletion — remove individual items at any time, or uninstall the app to remove all local data.
- GDPR / CCPA — as Brickheadz World does not collect or process personal data on any server, there is no external data set to request, correct, or erase on our end. For any question about your rights, contact us at the address below.
